Replacing the engine beam bushing on VAG cars is a real challenge, and often it is only half-done due to an unusual solution. The set consists of 2 bushings (lower and upper) between which the rear engine mount is placed. For proper repair, the 2 bushings should be properly aligned. This is crucial for trouble-free mounting of the engine mount. In addition, the engine mount hole should be blocked so that the new elements are not damaged when they are pressed in, as they have a plastic outer lining. Their diameter is much larger than the diameter of the socket, which when pressed causes the bushings to be pushed out through the hole for the engine mount.
