Replacement of anti-roll bar bushing (Manual #44)

Below we present the instruction for replacing the anti-roll bar bushing:

A – Before disassembly:

2) Bushing clamp
3) Anti-roll bar bushing

B – Disassembly:

1

obraz wymiana gumy stabilizatora 1 — Using a wrench, unscrew the bolts securing the rubber clamp

obraz wymiana gumy stabilizatora 2 — After unscrewing the fixing screws, remove the clamp

obraz wymiana gumy stabilizatora 3 — Remove the worn anti-roll bar bushing

C – Assembly:

1

If there is no cut on the anti-roll bar bushing, it should be made in the same place as in the original

Wymiana gumy stabilizatora -montaż krok 2 — 1) Grease point
2) New anti-roll bar bushing

Mount a new anti-roll bar bushing. If it is a polyurethane element, lubricate it with the included lubricant

Put the clamp back in its place

Use a wrench to tighten the bolts securing the clamp
