How to replace engine beam bushings in Renault Trafic?

In most cases, replacing metal-rubber bushings in beams is not complicated. However, there are cases where greater care should be taken to replace these elements so as not to damage other components. This is the case with the  Renault Trafic manufactured since 2001. The procedure for correct disassembly of Renault Trafic engine beam bushing is described below. Incorrect disassembly can damage the engine beam socket, after which the entire engine beam must be replaced.

Incorrect disassembly process:

1

Do not press the bushing out of the beam seat without removing the washer first. This will damage the beam because the washer is based on the socket.

2

Pressing a new bushing in will not be possible. The socket is damaged and the replacing of whole engine beam is necessary.
